Our program benefits anyone from a high school athlete looking to improve sports performance to a senior citizen looking to move better and be able to play with their grandchildren!  In the first session, we run our client's through a mobility assessment to see what's going on at each joint. We pair that information with any information that the client gives us about what they are experiencing as far as pain, tension, etc. to tailor a stretching program to them!
